Autocrash has a computerised low-bake spray oven and their own paint mixing facilities, we use products from two of the worlds leading paint manufacturers ‘Ixel’ and ‘Nexa’ which give a first class paint finish.
We have also just invested in the latest short-wave ‘IRT Hyperion’ system this shortens drying/curing times, therefore using less energy which is better for the enviroment.
Dry sanding systems are in use in both the paint & body workshops.
Autocrash has full mig, spot and gas welding equipment including the latest ‘Car-o-liner’ spot welder needed to cope with the high tensile steels used in modern cars of today. Our most recent aquisitions have been a ‘Stanners’ invertor welder and an ‘Xpress 800′ modular riveting system.
We have a ‘Car-o-liner’ universal collision repair system for repairing heavily damaged vehicles to exact manufacturers measuring specifications. In addition to this Autocrash is currently the only operator on the Island of the Miracle’ panel repair system.
Autocrash also have a ‘Hunter Hawkeye’ 4 wheel alignment system and a Cooltech’ air-con machine.
We use Audatex, Inter-est and Thatchan Escribe estimating systems and the BMS bodyshop system.
Autocrash are approved by leading insurance companies.
